The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising all on-site civil activities, including
gas pipeline fitting, structural works, and related civil operations
, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil site activities and manpower allocation.
Ensure execution of works such as
pipeline fitting, excavation, and foundation works
in line with design and safety requirements.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and quality/safety teams to achieve timely project completion.
Review drawings, materials, and work progress reports to ensure quality compliance.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and inspection records.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining communication with management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)
is mandatory.
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Civil Supervisor or Site Engineer in the
Oil & Gas industry
.
Proven knowledge of
gas pipeline installation, fitting procedures, and related civil infrastructure
.
Strong understanding of
safety standards, quality control
, and site management practices.
