Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Supervisor

to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and construction work according to the project plan and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on-site. Read and interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and BOQs. Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labour deployment. Liaise with management regarding any site issues or delays. Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools, machinery, and materials.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with safety standards and construction site protocols.
