Civil Engineer/Supervisor:

Qualification :

v Diploma from reputed college preferable in civil branch

Experience:

v Minimum 4 years as Civil Engineer/Supervisor in telecom field.

Skill

:

v Communication skill

v Dealing with other stakeholders and labor.

v Negotiation skill

Knowledge

:

1. Telecom knowledge specially in building the foundation of towers and OD pads..

2. Expert in costing of civil foundations.

3. Optimum utilization of manpower and funds

4. Should be able to read and understand the drawings

5. Able to develop in-house teams and also outsource vendors.

6. Market variation especially in civil commodity.

7. Should know the build process.

Salary band :

v Between Rs 20 K to 30K per month or average 3.0L per annum.

Age:

v Preferable 25 to 35 Years.

Location:

v Has to work on build site anywhere in the state..

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery of civil foundation, OD pads and boundary wall as per customer norms without any punch points.

No violation of ESH norms.

Minimize losses at site.

Proper utilization of resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
