Posi?on Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor with a strong background in interior works to

oversee and manage on-site construc?on ac?vi?es. The ideal candidate will ensure that all

interior civil works are executed efficiently, adhering to quality standards and project ?melines.

Key Responsibili?es

? Project Oversight: Supervise daily on-site interior civil ac?vi?es, ensuring compliance

with design specifica?ons and quality standards.

? Team Coordina?on: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, ar?sans, and laborers

to ensure seamless workflow.

? Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspec?ons to ensure workmanship meets the

company's quality benchmarks.

? Material Management: Monitor and manage the procurement and usage of materials to

prevent wastage and ensure ?mely availability.

? Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to maintain a

hazard-free environment.

? Repor?ng: Maintain detailed records of daily progress, challenges faced, and solu?ons

implemented, repor?ng to the Project Manager regularly.

? Client Interac?on: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather

feedback, ensuring client sa?sfac?on.

Qualifica?ons

? Educa?onal Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related

field.

? Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in civil supervision, with a focus on interior projects.

? Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpre?ng interior design drawings and

blueprints. Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

? So? Skills: Strong leadership, communica?on, and problem-solving abili?es.

Preferred Skills

? Experience in hospitality or themed environments.

? Knowledge of tradi?onal Rajasthani architectural elements.

? Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
