Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site
Coordinate with contractors, labour, and site engineers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor material usage and report requirements to the site engineer
Maintain basic site records such as labour attendance and daily work progress
Ensure safety practices are followed at the site
Assist senior engineers in site execution and inspections
Requirements
Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Fresher or minimum 1 year of site experience preferred
Basic knowledge of residential construction work
Ability to read drawings (basic level)
Willingness to learn and work at site
Candidate must be from
Panvel or nearby locations
