Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction and development activities at the project site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site labor for smooth execution of work
Monitor material usage and ensure quality control on-site
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Maintain daily site records, including work progress and manpower
Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to the Manager/Project Manager
Ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines
Follow company policies and site safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum
6 months of relevant site experience
Willingness to
relocate to project sites
as required
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
