Position Summary:
The Supervisor - Civil & Fabrication will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of site activities related to civil construction and fabrication works. The role involves managing labour, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting timely execution of site work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil and fabrication activities at project sites.
Coordinate manpower including fabricators, welders, helpers, and contractors.
Ensure execution as per drawings, instructions, and site plans.
Monitor productivity, quality, and workmanship.
Support erection, alignment, and installation of fabricated structures.
Enforce safety practices and housekeeping at site.
Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
Coordinate material requirements with site engineer/project manager.
Assist during inspections and handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 6-12 months site experience preferred (Freshers willing to learn may apply).
Exposure to fabrication and civil works is an advantage.
Skills Required
:
Basic understanding of civil and fabrication works.
Ability to follow drawings and instructions.
Labour handling and coordination skills.
Willingness to work on-site.
