Key Skills

Abide by the instructions given by PM & CM and supervise all the construction

activities at site.

Able to read the drawings, deploy workers in construction activities as per given

instructions and target schedules, strictly monitoring the deployed workers for

optimum productivity and timely completion of the works.

Follow and ensure the safety measures in construction activities with zero near-

misses.

Follow and ensure quality measures for delivering quality products as per the

technical specifications to avoid any non-conformities and reworks.

Monitoring the productivity of the machineries engaged in the construction

activities.

Maintain daily labour report and machinery deployment details.

Maintain daily raw material consumption and the same to be submitted to QC

Engg. and Storekeeper.

Continuous inspection of the construction sites to ensure a hazard-free working

environment.

Experience: 6 -8 years of civil construction activities of Industrial Projects

Education : ITI/Diploma in civil Engineering ( Must)
