Job Description

Supervision:

Oversee daily civil works, managing manpower, tasks, and resources.

Quality Control:

Ensure work meets project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Safety:

Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.

Coordination:

Liaise with engineers, clients, suppliers, and government officials.

Planning:

Interpret drawings, manage schedules, and assign duties.

Reporting:

Prepare progress reports and handle site documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

Hands-on experience in construction, often starting as a laborer or junior engineer.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of construction methods, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of safety regulations.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
