KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated
Civil Supervisor
to support our
branch expansion and infrastructure management initiatives
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil works, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and timely execution of projects across our branch network.
Eligibility Criteria
Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
Experience in the
NBFC or financial services sector
will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suitable locations for new branch establishments
Coordinate and supervise civil works, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
Oversee maintenance, renovation, and upkeep of existing branches
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
Monitor site progress, material usage, and workmanship
Ensure adherence to safety norms and company guidelines
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction and maintenance practices
Vendor and contractor management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines
