Job Description

We have an ongoing Project at Angamaly and we are looking for someone who has 3 to 5 years Experience with ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering to Supervise and complete this project.

Should be able to manage the following Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination:

Direct daily operations, align work with plans, and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Safety & Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict safety rules, building codes, and regulations to maintain a secure environment.

Quality Control:

Verify materials and workmanship meet required standards, specifications, and approved drawings.

Resource Management:

Manage allocation of labour, equipment, and materials to prevent shortages and delays.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve unexpected issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during construction.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress, identify delays, and take corrective action.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of Material delivery, costs, and quality, providing regular reports.

Communication:

Act as the central point of contact, communicating effectively with Management, engineers, and crew

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
