The Civil Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring that all building and civil works are executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards. He must possess strong technical skills to read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, BOQs, and site instructions accurately. The role includes site supervision, quality control, coordination with other disciplines, and timely execution of works. In addition, the engineer should have effective management skills to plan activities, allocate work, and handle site staff, contractors, and labor teams working under him, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with project timelines.
