Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for our civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction site activities and monitor labor and subcontractor work. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications and drawings. Maintain and report project progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain records of materials used and labor deployment. Assist in resolving technical issues on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 12th Passed Proven 3+ years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
