Coordinate and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, while managing the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.
Safety and compliance:
Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications, conduct site inspections to identify hazards, and maintain a safe working environment.
Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact between the project management team, clients, contractors, and workers.
Quality control:
Inspect work to ensure it meets project standards and specifications, and identify and resolve issues to maintain high quality.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and quality control measures, including daily and monthly reports.
