Key Responsibilities

Supervise site construction activities and coordinate with engineers, architects, and site workers to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.? Oversee and manage the operations at factory, including coordination of material movement, production schedules, and quality output from the factory team.? Inspect work quality at site and factory, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.? Develop and maintain detailed production and work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress against key milestones.? Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, factory staff, and suppliers to ensure material and production requirements are coordinated without delays.? Report regularly on construction and production progress, maintaining site and factory documentation, including daily logs and production reports.? Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary and suggesting process improvements for efficiency.? Train and mentor team members both onsite and at the factory, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.? Ensure strict compliance to health and safety guidelines for both site and factory teams.?

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
