To supervise and manage the construction of RCC drains, manholes, culverts, and related civil works at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day execution of drain and utility works at site.
Ensure line, level, slope, and finishing of RCC drains as per drawings.
Monitor excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing activities.
Coordinate with engineers for drawings, material requirements, and inspections.
Maintain work progress records, manpower, and daily site reports.
Ensure safety of workers and adherence to quality standards.
Solve site-level issues and report hindrances to the Project/Site Engineer.
Guide workers and subcontractors for effective and productive work.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of RCC drains, utility works, and civil construction.
Ability to read and understand drawings, levels, and cross-sections.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
Awareness of safety practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4-6 years' experience in drainage/utility/civil works (road projects preferred).
Work Conditions:
Site-based role, requires working outdoors.
Extended hours may be required as per project needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
