What you'll be doing:

Supervisor Civil reports directly to Site Manager Has to be located at the relevant job site. Supervision of the civil construction of the delegated project Taking care of the optimal infrastructure and ensure the compliance of the HSE guidelines Ensure fulfilment of the targets related to civil construction for the delegated project Daily supervision of construction activities to ensure alignment with design and timeline. Managing contractor and labor teams for productivity and quality. Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors for material availability and work sequencing. Monitoring material consumption and minimizing wastage People management, leadership skills and leading by examples Strong understanding of civil construction practices, materials, and structural elements. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IS codes, NBC, etc.) Maintaining QA/QC documentation and inspection records Team player and networker Commitment to the tasks, Knauf Values and company Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus Ensuring civil work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Conducting quality checks for concrete, steel, masonry, waterproofing, etc.

Bachelor of Engineering Proven track record of at least 5 years' professional experience Good knowledge of plant equipment and production process of the gypsum sector Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (optional but valuable). Maintaining site records: work permits, DPRs, RFI logs, material receipts, etc. Ensuring all approvals and inspections are properly recorded and filed. Winning and convincing attitude, Motivator
