Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Monitoring & Work Supervision:

Oversee daily construction activities (RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.). Ensure work is as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.

Material & Labour Management:

Inspect material quality (cement, steel, bricks, etc.) and track inventory. Manage labour deployment, attendance, and productivity.

Drawing & Problem-Solving:

Read and interpret drawings. Identify site issues (delays, quality defects) and resolve them promptly.

Reporting & Coordination:

Submit daily progress reports to directors. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and architects for smooth execution.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in

residential/colony projects

. Knowledge of

AutoCAD basics, construction techniques, and safety norms

. Strong

problem-solving, leadership, and reporting skills

. Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

For Civil Supervisor:

ITI/Diploma in Civil with 2-3 years in housing projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
