Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site. Ensure all civil works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and other construction personnel. Maintain safety and quality standards at the construction site. Report project progress and site issues to the Project Manager. Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Monitor use of materials and equipment and ensure proper handling and storage. Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates, manpower deployment, and material usage. Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in site meetings and inspections as required.
