Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil works including concreting, masonry, plastering, reinforcement, finishing, etc.
Ensure work is executed as per CPWD specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Manage and monitor labour deployment, productivity, and discipline at site.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and manpower details.
Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with statutory norms.
Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues promptly.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within quality standards
Key Requirements
Education:
Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience:
5-10 years in CPWD/government building projects.
Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, construction practices, and site execution.
Ability to manage site works independently with good coordination skills.
Willing to relocate and work at any site across India.
