Candidates with strong practical knowledge will be considered even without formal educational qualifications.
Minimum
1 year of civil supervision experience
is required.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction, repair, and maintenance work.
Monitor RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, drainage, and structural activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely completion of work with required quality standards.
Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and material usage records.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Assist in routine civil maintenance of plant buildings and utility structures.
Resolve on-site issues and provide daily updates to management.
Qualifications
Educational qualification is optional--practical experience is more important.
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Civil) will be an added advantage, but
not mandatory
.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience
in civil site supervision.
Experience in industrial / plant / factory projects will be preferred.
Skills Required
Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read basic drawings (preferred but not mandatory).
Manpower handling and contractor coordination.
Basic reporting skills (written/WhatsApp/MS Office).
Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks.
Salary Range
?15,000 to ?25,000 per month
