Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

: Supervise and coordinate all site work, including

plumbing, flooring, plastering, and other civil finishing activities

Team & Subcontractor Management

: Manage and monitor

and subcontractors to ensure the timely execution of work.

Quality & Safety Assurance

: Conduct daily site inspections and maintain stringent safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.

Project Alignment

: Ensure all construction activities align precisely with design specifications and project timelines.

Material Management

: Track

material delivery, usage, and quality

, and promptly report any shortages or issues.

Coordination & Communication

: Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and the project manager to ensure a seamless workflow.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain comprehensive

site documentation

, prepare daily progress reports, and track labor attendance.

Billing Support

: Assist in

measurement verification and billing

for contractors and vendors.

Issue Resolution

: Address site-level challenges promptly and escalate critical issues to management as needed.
