JOB TITLE- CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR

SALARY -20,000-25,000

LOCATION- KASNA, GREATER NOIDA

QUALIFICATION- B.TECH OR DIPLOMA CIVIL

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

Oversee daily construction activities on site. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Team Management

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laborers, and subcontractors. Allocate tasks and monitor workforce performance.

Quality Control

Check materials and workmanship for compliance with standards. Report any defects or issues and ensure corrective action is taken.

Progress Monitoring

Track project progress vs. schedule. Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site diaries.

Health & Safety

Enforce safety protocols on site. Report accidents or near-misses, and ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.

Material Management

Monitor material usage and stock levels. Ensure timely requisition and delivery of materials.

Coordination with Stakeholders

Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers. Attend site meetings and brief higher management on site updates.

Required Skills:

Construction knowledge (especially civil works like roads, drainage, foundations, structures) Leadership and team management Problem-solving Basic computer skills (MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.) Understanding of construction drawings Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA)

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree

in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 2-5 years of site experience typically preferred. Knowledge of local construction laws and building codes.
