Site Supervision

: Directly oversee all onsite activities, ensuring construction progresses according to project plans and specifications.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.

Coordination

: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any site-related issues.

Progress Monitoring

: Monitor and report on project progress, including daily updates on task completion, challenges, and resource needs.

Resource Management

: Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-5 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate, structural audit, residential, or industrial sectors.

Education

: Master's/Post-Graduation in B.Tech with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with industrial construction projects Proficiency in project management software
