Ensure that safety guidelines and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
Address any issues or challenges on-site promptly to avoid delays.
Maintain daily logs and reports of site activities.
Assist in site inspections and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a construction or site supervisory role is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
Flexible to work with dynamic schedules and project needs.
