?We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Chennai. If you have a solid technical background in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing on-site operations effectively, we want to hear from you!
?Key Responsibilities
?On-Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to the architectural plan.
?Quality Control: Ensure that all materials used and work performed meet the required quality standards and specifications.
?Labour Supervision: Manage on-site labour, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and safety.
?Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track material consumption, and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
?Safety Compliance: Ensure all site safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a hazard-free environment.
?Requirements
?Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
?Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in site supervision (Residential/Commercial/Industrial).
?Skills: Strong understanding of blueprints, structural drawings, and local building codes.
?Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
?Location: Must be willing to work at project sites across Chennai.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
