Job Description

Site Management:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is on schedule. Monitoring the work of construction teams and subcontractors. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Supervising Construction Activities:

Supervising construction workers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met. Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure construction is progressing according to plan. Ensuring that materials and equipment are available and in good working condition.

Reporting:

Acting as a communication bridge between the project manager, construction teams, and client. Keeping detailed records of work progress, issues, and incidents.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in construction or civil site supervision is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of construction methods, project management software, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Communication Skills:

English, Hindi, Tamil Languages - Strong verbal and written communication skills is appreciated.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Ability to address challenges quickly and efficiently.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
