Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities, including labour, materials, and equipment. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain daily site reports (work progress, manpower, materials used). Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills/BOQs. Resolve on-site technical issues and report challenges to management. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good leadership and people management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Basic knowledge of MS Office/AutoCAD preferred. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in site supervision (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
