Position: Civil Site Supervisor

Location: Gaya

Experience: 1-2 years

Job Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, labor teams, and vendors. Monitor manpower, materials, and site resources. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Check quality of materials and workmanship as per standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols. Handle site measurements, quantity records, and billing support. Coordinate inspections and support during client/consultant visits. Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion of work.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). Relevant experience in civil construction site supervision. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Basic knowledge of QA/QC and construction standards. Reporting and documentation skills. Good communication & coordination abilities. Willingness to work full-time at project sites.
