Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site Monitor execution of civil work as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely work Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship on site Prepare daily/weekly site reports and submit to the Project Manager Maintain stock records of construction materials on site Ensure safety compliance and maintain site discipline Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical issues

Required Skills:

Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and site execution Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques Familiarity with levels, layout, measurements, etc. Ability to manage site labor and subcontractors Proficiency in MS Excel or basic reporting tools Strong communication and team coordination skills

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in construction/site supervision Willingness to work on-site full-time. Must arrange own accommodation in or near Sambalpur Must be ready to work 6 days a week on site, including extended hours if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
