Job Title: Site Supervisor - Road Repair Projects

Location: Jaipur / Udaipur / Mumbai (Travel Required)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will manage on-site execution of road repair works using Cemeco's no-curing repair products. The role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with teams and local authorities, and reporting project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise road repair works including surface preparation, product application, and finishing (no curing required).

Ensure work is carried out as per company standards, approved methods, and safety norms.

Coordinate with labor, contractors, vendors, and local authorities at site.

Monitor material usage, manpower productivity, and site conditions.

Maintain daily site records and submit progress reports to management.

Identify execution issues and promptly report deviations.

Eligibility & Skills

Diploma / ITI / Civil background preferred.

2-5 years of experience in road works or civil site execution.

Willingness to travel and work in site-based conditions.

Good coordination, discipline, and basic reporting skills.

Terms & Conditions of Employment

Travel and outstation work as per project requirements.

Site-based work dependent on site conditions;

Strict adherence to company rules, safety norms, discipline, and punctuality.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
