Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per the approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure timely project delivery. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project stakeholders. Ensure materials used at the site meet the required quality standards and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery. Conduct site inspections, quality control, and testing in line with project specifications. Resolve any unexpected technical issues or site conditions. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers on all engineering aspects. Maintain documentation and prepare as-built drawings.
