Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on site
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved methods
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Manage site labor, equipment, and materials efficiently
Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the site engineer/project manager
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety plans
Identify and resolve site issues and construction challenges
Conduct quality checks and ensure workmanship meets required standards
Maintain site records, including daily reports and material usage
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per project schedule
