to manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of the site, ensuring the project meets design specifications, budgets, and timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the project management team.
Plan material and labor requirements based on project schedules.
Assist in site inspections, measurements, and quality control testing.
Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site in a timely manner.
Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance on-site.
Liaise with local authorities for site approvals and permits when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
[1-5+] years of relevant experience in site execution and supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with surveying instruments and site testing procedures.
Ability to work in a team and independently under pressure.
Working Conditions:
On-site presence at construction projects.
May require travel to multiple sites.
Must be available for extended hours or weekends, as project demands.
