Job description : \xc2\xb7 Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. \xc2\xb7 Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. \xc2\xb7 Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. \xc2\xb7 Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. \xc2\xb7 Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. \xc2\xb7 Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. \xc2\xb7 Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Study drawings. \xc2\xb7 Supervise unskilled labor. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate concrete arrangements. \xc2\xb7 Manage backfilling for plinth level. \xc2\xb7 Oversee material shifting. \xc2\xb7 Understand work sequencing and flow. \xc2\xb7 Familiarize with construction methods associated with project execution. Job Role : o Responsible for construction and finishing work of site with complete basement and Entrance lobby with b/work, Shuttering and concreting work with line and level and finishing work of site like tile, W/proofing, Cutout filling and other miscellaneous work of related site. o Responsible for achieving the construction and finishing work on schedule time and reported to site engineer on regular basis related to site issues. o Monitoring to site people to bear the safety shoes, safety belt and procedure will be followed at site during the construction and finishing of the block. o Coordination with contractors to solved the Drawing Related issues and compliance the observations raised by the other departments.
