Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and extraction workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor the quality of construction materials and the work performed, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Timeline Management

: Manage project timelines effectively, coordinating with various teams to ensure construction milestones are met within the scheduled time frame.

Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site project updates, liaising between site workers and project managers.

Safety Compliance

: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software tools.

Leadership Skills

: Proven ability to lead a team and manage site operations effectively.
