Job summary

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project management to effectively manage the end-to-end execution of works on site.

Key Responsibilities

REPAIR Site Supervision

: Direct and coordinate construction activities at the site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor the quality of work being performed by construction workers and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet design specifications and adhere to quality standards.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project engineers to resolve construction issues and improve project efficiency.

Safety Management

: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Resource Management

: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: Less than 1 year to 5 years of experience in civil site supervision within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preference:

Only candidates from MMR region are preferred.
