We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

On-Site Supervision

: Supervise the day-to-day activities of construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work according to project timelines.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Safety Management

: Implement and monitor site safety protocols to ensure the safety of all site personnel and compliance with legal and company standards.

Progress Reporting

: Prepare and present regular progress reports to management, highlighting any challenges and proposing solutions to mitigate risks.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision, particularly within the residential real estate sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a similarly relevant discipline.

Technical Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of construction management processes and safety regulations.

Leadership Skills

: Proven ability to lead and motivate a construction team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
