Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced

Civil Site Supervisor

to oversee construction activities at the site. The role involves supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of work, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating between contractors, labor, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawing. Ensure proper execution of work by contractors and laborers. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Work Coordination:

Coordinate with civil subcontractors, vendors, and site labor for smooth execution. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site. Assist the site engineer and project manager in day-to-day site operations.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and design specifications. Enforce safety practices and conduct regular safety checks. Monitor workmanship and report any quality issues to the site engineer.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), labor deployment, and material consumption logs. Assist in preparing measurements for billing and verification. Report any delays, issues, or site challenges to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and materials. Ability to read and understand structural/architectural drawings. Leadership skills to manage site labor and contractors. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) for reporting. Familiarity with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Civil or equivalent. 3-8 years of site supervision experience in

building construction / infrastructure / real estate / industrial projects

. Experience with RCC, finishing works, formwork, concreting, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
