Leadership - Ability to guide workers, assign tasks, and maintain discipline. 3. Communication - Clear instructions to workers, effective coordination with engineers, contractors, and clients. 4. Problem-solving - Quick decisions to resolve on-site issues. 5. Time management - Ensure work progresses as per schedule. 6. Safety awareness - Enforce safety protocols and minimize risks. 7. Attention to detail - Monitor workmanship and quality of materials. 8. Record keeping - Maintain site logs, attendance, material usage, and daily progress. 9. Adaptability - Handle sudden changes in plan, weather, or workforce. 10. Integrity - Honest handling of materials, labor, and reporting to the executive.
