Site Supervision

: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Quality Control

: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed on-site, conducting inspections and ensuring corrective actions are implemented when necessary.

Workforce Management

: Coordinate with site workers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal workforce allocation and productivity.

Material Management

: Oversee the use of materials on-site, ensuring there is no wastage and that supply is in line with project requirements.

Progress Reporting

: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Microsoft Word, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-5 years of experience in the road, highways, or real estate sector, particularly in site supervision.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering with specialization in Road and Bridge Engineering or a related field.

Software Proficiency

: Proficient in project management and engineering software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in highway and road construction projects Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
