Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure construction.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms.
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, schedule, and safety standards.
Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, vendors, and engineers for smooth site execution.
Inspect and ensure quality of construction materials and workmanship
Ensure site safety protocols and labor laws are strictly followed.
Manage daily workforce allocation and attendance.
Monitor material usage, stock levels, and timely requisition of materials.
Prevent material wastage and theft through strict supervision.
Maintain site logs, work schedules, daily progress reports (DPRs), and site records.
Report issues, delays, or incidents to the project manager promptly.
Assist in inspections by government bodies, architects, or quality control teams.
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Assist engineers in layout marking, measurements, and levels.
