Job Description

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 year work of site supervision. Excellent leadership quality to manage and supervise sites and projects. Strong knowledge or direct work experience of civil design is an asset. Dedicated team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in time constraints Technical skills for interpreting construction methods and technologies, contracts and technical drawings.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel Overseeing individual duties and projects to crew members and contractors Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Work Location:

Travel is required for daily site visits;

Interested parties must be locally situated in Thrissur. In proximity to Thriprayar is preferred.
