Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

Ensure work is executed in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor workforce.

Inspect materials, check quality of work, and maintain records of daily progress.

Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the project engineer/manager.

Ensure proper use of resources, minimize wastage, and maintain site discipline.

Assist in quantity measurement, material management, and site documentation.

Address site-level problems and escalate technical issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

Strong leadership and team management skills for handling site workforce.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.

Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of work experience as Site Supervisor in construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
