We are a well-established construction company in Bahrain, seeking an experienced and motivated

Civil Site Supervisor

to oversee daily site operations for our residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in

site execution

, and the ability to manage teams and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to meet project timelines Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications Monitor site safety, labor productivity, and quality control Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to project engineers Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and standards Assist in managing materials, equipment, and manpower at the site Resolve site-related issues and support project execution

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology

4- 6 years of site supervision experience

, with at least

3 years in the GCC

Proven experience in

residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects

Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and sequencing Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure Familiarity with local safety standards and quality requirements Valid GCC driver's license is a plus
