Civil Site Supervisor - Construction Works

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

- Oversee all construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, concreting, and structural work.

Workforce Management

- Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.

Quality Control

- Ensure construction work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Material & Equipment Handling

- Monitor material usage, stock levels, and ensure proper handling of construction equipment.

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Progress Monitoring

- Track daily work progress, address delays, and report updates to the site engineer or project manager.

Problem-Solving

- Identify and resolve on-site construction issues to avoid project delays.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Communicate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Site Documentation

- Maintain records of work completed, material usage, and site reports.

Inspection & Handover

- Assist in site inspections, quality checks, and project handovers upon completion.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
