Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor and manage labor, subcontractors, and materials.
Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with the project team.
Maintain proper documentation including site measurements, material usage, and work checklists.
Ensure safety guidelines and compliance are strictly followed at all times.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Identify site issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
Check the quality of materials delivered and ensure proper storage.
Assist in planning and scheduling site activities.
