Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Civil Site Supervisor

to oversee construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising construction work, managing labor, and ensuring that site work is executed according to plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work. Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers. Maintain daily work reports and update project progress. Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained. Resolve site issues and report to the project manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision (freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply). Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred). Basic knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and site management. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
