We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor for a client located in Hooghly district, Serampore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4-6 years of experience in overseeing construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering the project within the stipulated time frame. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders and team members efficiently.

• Supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure work is conducted safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to minimize project delays.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, documentation, and updates to the higher management.
• Ensure all workers adhere to the safety guidelines and conduct safety briefings as required.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to provide guidance and direction on-site.
