Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Project Coordination
: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Quality Control
: Perform regular inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Software Proficiency
: Auto-CAD
Key Requirements
Experience
: 5 to 10 years of experience in civil site supervision in residential projects.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in Auto-CAD and familiarity with construction management software.
